It is your responsibility to mention to potential buyers regarding the different batteries used on the E-bikes. Most chinese made bikes used the lead acid batteries similar to the ones in cars and boats. It takes so long to charge , it does not hold its charge very long and its very heavy. The gel type is commonly used to prevent accidental acid spills . The much lighter battery is called Nickel Cadmium which holds longer charge but you cannot recharge it until it is almost discharge. Most likely has a 6 months warranty. The better ones are made in Japan and Korea which carries a lighter weight called nickel metal hydride battery which can be charged anytime and don't have to wait till its low batt. This has a much shorter charging time and warranty is much longer more likely 2 yrs. And the best one is the lithium ion battery used by premium cars like the Tesla, Toyota, Honda, and many others. It has a warranty of over 5 - 7 yrs and can be recharge anytime as much as 3,000 times. This the recommended battery for all e-bikes. The ones used by the demo bike is probably a Gel type lead acid which has a 6 months warranty, very heavy and does not hold its charge very long. A public service

And im selling it to my co. Worker or my frend...i upgrade the electric scooter replace the led acid battery ....and upgrade the to a cell battery pack much better long ride than using led battery acid is too heavy and short ride....
