Hello Ronald, it's good to hear from you again. Hope that you and yours are well. And, thanks again for the plaque that you had made for me. It looks great on our wall.
Only one time since 1986. My boot must have gotten caught on the bolt head and pulled it out while climbing. I didn't realize it until I was climbing down. The spacing between the bolts allowed me to overcome the problem. I just had to hang and stretch to reach the one below it.
@@whw103 ok. Thank you for your reply. I like this idea. Light packing in and out of the woods is a big deal for me these days as I am in poor health but still love the hunt. Thanks again.
Mr. Womack, in your experience does this just work during the summer when scouting or will does come running to this all year long? Seems during the rut they'd be less receptive but I am unsure.
The only time that I've called deer in, with a distress fawn call, was during the pre-season to try and get an idea of the deer density in an area. I doubt that it would be as effective after the fawns were old enough to run instead of just being still.
No spoilage, ever. Yes, the heat can not escape when in a plastic bag. As soon as possible I remove that meat from the bag and let it cool down before putting it in the ice chest. Not doing that the heat will melt all your ice. Once it's cooled it won't have an abnormal effect on the ice.
Mr Warren, I could listen to your stories for hours. I’ve listened to your podcast episodes many times over from all the different podcast channels. I hope to be run and gun hunting, at your age one day. I live and hunt in Avoyelles Parish, mainly. Hope to see you on some public land one day.
Just got my fold up drill and bolts with the pouch from tree hopper today, I’m incorporating this into my saddle setup, the strap on steps are ridiculous.
Fantastic Warren I don’t climb without Nuts, Hulls, Droppings, Tracks and I’m thinking that is the strongest feed tree sign I’ve ever seen right here on your video.
I appreciate your work! Thanks
Met Mr. Warren years ago, at the Bayou Bucks bow shoot

Have u ever had meat to spoil in a plastic bag....would it keep heat in for the pack out?

Steve, you did an amazing job filming that. Perfect example of holding your ground.
Nice Buck Mr Warren.
I have a hand trucks just like that. I took it with me several times deer hunting but I have never used it. Seeing you use it makes my day!

Thanks Mr. Womac your a professional.
That rack would look good mounted on the front of your 4 wheeler. Nice buck!
You wear a Big foot costume and people would truly believe. Carry that deer scare the regular folks. If you were in Vietnam it wouldn't surprise me.

You are the man! Thanks for sharing!

Nice deer and great re cap. 👍
A man that hunts like I hunt. Scout 3 times as much as you hunt. When I climb somewhere....there is a reason.
