Ark Survival Evolved is in my #2 slot right after 7 Days to die and ahead of Conan Exiles, Valhiem and enshrouded. Evolved has so many amazing mods for free that are dead easy to add to your game. I bought ascended but its just too much of a pain in the a$$ even on an RTX 4080m ... I dont mind playing at reduced settings, but its an inferior game in my opinion. ASE gives you so much more for your money. I havent played it with my best friend yet, but I will introduce him to the game in November when he comes to visit. I know its gonna be a blast.

When adding this mod to a nitrado server on console, does it automatically update settings? or do you have to manually change them in Game.ini? Thanks

Game needs a complete rehaul for me to even consider playing it again. Just glad i got my money back that i overspent for this broken mess. Disappointing at best.

7 of 10 imo on ps5. Tons and tons of glitches and pop ins and volume issues holding this back, ai actually damage the experience right now due to them causing crashes and hurting your score. Fun value, 9 of 10. Add mp with buddies, fun would be a 10. Lots of fixes needed tho, perhaps increase the xp gain as well, its quite slow and im almost 30 hrs in. If this thing had snowrunner graphics instead, oh man, it would be gorgeous

Do you crossplay? Not bad at all for your first match. Next time, just focus on keeping cannon angle above all else. Touch that wheel more and adjust your turns whenever you feel that the enemy is slipping out of cannon reach. At the start of the match, crank your wheel all the way to the right, half raise your sails, and then give the wheel a soft left turn. This puts you in an orbit with the other player (unless they go for a parallel) or allows you to get behind them quickly. Furthermore, the left side of your sloop takes fewer holes than your right side, as well as allowing you to see on cannons whenever your mast goes down. Always engage from the left when you can. Solo HG is the single best way to improve in the game I think. Go back and watch this video after 20 matches and you'll be shocked how much you will have improved, even with that small amount of time.
