Hi Ron, love the vlogs, I'm 55 yes old live with my hubby! I am type 2 diabetic, I've been on mournjaro for 3 months I'm 4 pounds away from 3.stone loss. I had a plateau also for 3 weeks very frustrating! I started to drink more water. My nurse has tritated me up to 7.5 mg for my next pen. I've like you have had the sulphur burps, nauseous, constipation lol 😂 . It's so fascinating following your journey. It's certainly a journey, good luck on yours 😊❤ xx

Just a thought regarding any leftover unused pens. Once you've reached your weight loss goal you will probably go on maintenance doses and start stepping down in strength. You'll already have some on hand. Also, there may be a shortage for you in the future and if you're on say 10ml but can't get any and you have 5ml doses you could combine two. Keep up the good work 🤗

I'm sorry you've struggled this week. I totally understand, it happens to all of us. I try to look at it as a learning experience on the medication. I've been 14 weeks on the starting dose of Wegovy and it doesn't do as good a job with the appetite suppression as it did at the beginning. There is quite the shortage of medication here in the US so I have been lucky to get the doses I have. I try to look at it as practice for when I finish my weightloss journey and I'm off the medication. Keep positive and keep posting. I love watching your content and seeing how you are doing. Hi,thank you for following me ,the first thing I would say is don't be scared ,I suggest you do a couple of videos of yourself watch them back like a trial run so to speak and plan out what you intend to say ps I don't do that I just wing it as you can probably tell lol. My equipment is simply my 4 year old samsung phone phone ,it can get tough sometimes but tell yourself its all to make you better in the end the video and put it on here I do no editing at all .good luck on the journey, stick at it ,👍🏻

Hi ron just discovered you, i have just started mounjaro 2.5 mg. Ive been big all my life. I have a fabulous supportive family, im type 2 diabetic with osteoarthritis, asthma, etc etc. Im 55 but feel old lol. Nice one Ron. I do a lot of driving as well and must admit moments like this are few and far between. I drive past places like you are in there and think “should have stopped there for half hour, stuff work” but I rarely do….. I will make a point of it next time

Typical lorry driver blasting the horn for any minor traffic infringement..! The driver of the red car wasn’t doing anything wrong & you was driving far too close to him! You was obviously breaking the speed limit too, you’re a maniac on the road & should be sacked & have your HGV licence taken away too. In fact you should have your whole licence taken away & never ever be allowed to drive on the road ever again.
