I'd argue a kill's a kill in this case. The goal was just to show it could be cleared with four-stars relatively safely. We can always speed this up with a riskier comp or five-stars that have better tools for the fight. Not gonna lie though, this was a slog to do. Hahahahahaha!

@kevinm7927 True! But I wanted to show that it was doable with four-stars only. Also, I didn't build Ratio. I use Dan feng as my usual light DPS.

@@JohnSmith-kg2rt Twin 381mm (BL 15" Mk II) from 17 sec I managed to lower it to at least 13-14 sec, but in battle it's actually around 7-8 sec due to her rld buff when not set as flagship

On OpSi arbiter/enforcers fight the 2 highest damage dealers fleets I have is IJN and KMS(Bismark, Graff Zeppelin, August, Roon, Prinz Heinrich, Ägir) the damage is tied more to the gear you used and the synergy between skills than the faction itself

the constant barrage and her torpedoes really makes her a machine gun

Basically what happens in world of warships, AP being better agaisnt battleships and cruisers than HE

Well, it's not that we consider it bad, it's just that we believed that with this class H we could give more strength to the IB because currently it is not as strong as other factions. and at least we had the idea that it was at least a worthy rival to face NY and also to change the typical formation against bosses DoY, Georgia and NY that I think continues to cause more damage than when you take it with UvH if I'm wrong with this part please correct me

No, it isn't. Give her the rocket plane fighters, converging dive bombers torpedoes and she is golden, her damage reduction for all IB ships on the fleet is way to good to pass on

One of Ulrich's abilities gives her a damage bonus versus medium armor when armed with an HE gun. My Graf's on parallel torps, because it's what I have her on for general use, and she isn't always paired with another ship that applies slow, or Strasser's root. And even with Strasser, the random timing can screw with targeted torps landing in the worst of times. I don't really make it a point to swap my ships' gear for every encounter or boss fight I have to do, and instead just have them be on one setup and leave it at that.

@@christopherpatricklizares5306 play on manual and equip her with the new IB fighter and torpedo dive bomber or the Sakura empire ones. She will deal a lot more damage. If you notice every time that Gneisenau is going to use her chains she stops completely and use AP or SAP guns on medium armor bosses even with the 15% boost on HE the other 2 options have way better damage modifier against medium armor

I feel I'd do better if I wasn't running Graf in my own backrow, yeah. My Strasser has historically done more damage. Sadly, my front row dying has been a big cause for loss of DPS when I'm not running her, and my Aegir's not quite done yet. Not been all that lucky with the research blueprint drops, so I've been super reliant on events to get her prints. My own goal's to be justing just Germans outside of the healers, so I don't really have anything outside of them built, like Helena.

The first of the H-Class of battleships were supposed to have used the 406 mm research gun. The H-41 designs would have carried 420 mm guns. So, I don't know where the twin 431 mm comes from...

Well, it'd be pretty bad at this stage, I think since she's just 110 at this point. Downside is, since I actually recorded this while I was doing farming for the event rather than as a planned recording, I couldn't check the damage breakdown. Once she's done and I can confidently bring her to Gneisenau Meta, I'll be able to give a better breakdown alongside FDG and Bismarck. I expect some skewing, however, since that fight actually favors AP guns, from what I've seen.

Heya! I'm using the British, Twin 381mm HE guns. They've got a good balance of damage and fire rate.

Im using the fastest reload gun(forgot the name but it was HE triple barrel, it has 17sec CD..now i can shoot around 8.5sec using her)

@@wisdomcube7789 ​ That might be the German 283mm triple gun. Deffo the fastest reloading gun out there, yeah. I went for the double 381 since it has higher overall DPS, which gives me a balance i"m happy with, and works well with her HE passive.
