TBH for Ida I think it depends on where the final circle is because I seen an idea beat a 3v1 by attacking and running up buildings in fire zone to get away which wouldn’t happen if they were on flat grounds

Shinzo in mhoj2 was nice, if you try any form of an attack within his voice range it paralyzes you, he can use his binding cloth to move around the map, one where he pulls himself towards you and one where he literally binds you with it

Monama is simple make his touch like shiggy and uraraka put together he can steal the quirck of ANYONE HE TOUCHES so when the game starts touch one of your teammates until u find a better quirck and his touch can be his special action. If u want to take it a bit further he can have two special actions where (after touching someone) tapping triangle(special ability) it does the stolen move but holding it steals again replacing all the quircky u had with that persons only drawback is it’s only as strong as that person has made it so if they haven’t upgraded their quircks his fucked
