Have you tried " bún riêu " ? it's a noodles soup with ground crab , pieces of tomato and tofu . Eaten with plenty of bean sprouts and fresh herbs of course . Sold in many cities especially Hanoi and Saigon , that dish is good .

Chinatown in HCM city is called " Chợ Lớn " ( big market in vietnamese ) , it ' s like a town in a town , so big . Restaurants there serve delicious wonton and chinese noodles dishes .
