Nickey, Good to see you again, I've avoided social media for a few months. Good job with the Bread. I am pretty sure that Pepper pot is an Amerindian dish popular in Guyana, reserved for special occasions only. Indigenous people did not have access to meat, so their pepper pot was made of Fish, and it was called Tuma Pot. I strongly believe that Pepper made of meat came from the Citizen of Georgetown maybe, I am guessing lol. The Indigenous people created a liquid call Kadakura sauce which we now called Casaripe or “cassareep”. You've have mentioned several youtubers, I am yet to subscribe to Sandy Cup of Tea, Cooking with Ash etc. I love all of them. Hope you all enjoy this festive, commercialized season lol.
