The base looks nice and clean. But you need a natural reservation through which the duplicants will go to the dining room or the toilet to be happy. and for starters, I would pour polluted water everywhere so that the duplicants don't suffocate. GL HF

Frist time watching you the big chicken is a shiny

to tell all your pals to not attack, press 4 then select the "don't attack" option. this works for your active summon AND your passive always there summon like Daydream AND all your pals in the base too. Just remember to to tell your pals to attack again when you need them to, as if you set to don't attack it sets it for all your pals at once, even if you're not at base for example.

I had the same problem with my Chillet and the "3 ice shots" when riding chillet, it seems most of the time the ice shots hit somethiing invisible just as they start shooting. I'm suspecting it's a bug and it's hitting your own character hit box (but doing no damage). What I did for my chillet is swap out that ice ability for another skill that works when riding. For all the pals that you can ride, I suggest going for a light attack on attack 1, anything that is low damage and fast recharge(for when you're trying to capture and don't want to hit too hard). Attack 2 I put what ever AoE attack that is centered on the pal, for when you want to run straight in a group and try to hit all of them at once. And then for attack 3 you put whatever Big attack that you like best.

You can tell how many pals you've captured by looking at your paldeck, where it lists all the pals in order. You click on a pal in the list and on the bottom right of the window is where you can see the "Capture bonus" shows the number you have captured. It will track the total number you have captured even if you go over 10.

Hi, again. Gratz on capturing the dino and getting the treasure this time! I see your base looks nice but still there's issues with pals. At 29:10 you can see the tanzee "hasn't eaten anything for a while" See if petting the ones with emotional issues raises their sanity.

Gratz on Chillet! I was yelling at you to use your bow the first time you tried 😆 When you kill/capture lucky pals you get an ancient tech part at least the first time. You should have gone down to check the loot of the lucky chikipi that fell off. Those parts are needed to build the incubator and other things. More than one incubator can be helpful once you find a bunch of pal eggs. A benefit of capturing pals is they can have better personal traits on top of better XP for you and your pal team. The type of work they can do will be the same. I believe petting a pal restores 1% Sanity. You might want to check for Seri, otherwise you'll need to make or find the pal medicine. On the map menu you can mark spots, useful for skill fruit trees and cave dungeons, etc. You can leave resources like paldium in your boxes to craft while at base. Crafting in base pulls them from your boxes in base. At 1:08:30 you can see your penguin hasn't eaten in a while. He's stuck somewhere and can't eat (OK, it looks like you edited out when you corrected it) Players usually make the mistake of building on the mountain. I've seen one build on the beach behind. A few wisely look for a wide flat area away from the mountain. You can use the palbox for fast travel, so building on the beach wouldn't affect travel time. The natural resources would be my concern there. Most players don't notice cave dungeons. Someone in chat usually has to point them out, so gratz on that too. OMG, I can't believe you didn't notice the 2 purple chests in the boss treasure room. Use the effigies to increase your capture chances for pals and humans. Subbed! P 🐔 A 🐑 L 😸 W 🐧 O 🦙 R 🦌 L 🐒 D

It was fun watching your video. I haven't seen your second Palworld session so I don't know what more you have learned about the game. You can fast travel to and from your palbox. There are two big reasons not to build your base on the mountain. First, the ruins (the stone you cannot mine) limits the space you can build on, and there are many things to build, like berry farm, wheat farm and ranch. Second, some of your base area is at different levels and your pals can get stuck and not reach the food box. You may have noticed when you built the pal beds upstairs, your pals only helped for one or two. You had to build the rest by yourself, so be careful what you build upstairs. Some pals are nocturnal meaning they spawn at night and they can work at night. If you want to capture them you need to go out at night so they can spawn. After they spawn, they usually stay during the day if they're not killed. You didn't need to pick up the wool in storage to make cloth. When you craft in base it pulls resources from the boxes in base. I think the hatchable eggs weigh 25, so you should store them in a box until you have an incubator. Glad you had fun! The shotgun with buckshot is the best weapon. The weapons will respawn when you quite and start again. When you go dig it up, put up a tent, give the shotgun to Virginia. Save game, restart and you are there to dig it up again. Also you can give Virginia both the pistol and the shotgun that makes her deadly. Use the Cross on the demons, hold it and use the trigger to aim it at them, it burns them up. Glad you stayed on the Island. Build bases for more content. A lot of viewers like the building aspect of the game. Play on the hard setting, no armor and no meds, it's more fun but save very frequently. I have 937 hrs into this game and still learning. I love watching people play for the first time. You can mix aloe, horse plant and fire weed and get a health mix that is just as good as meds.

I just started on your 1st video. I like your gameplay. You have some lengthy ones but enjoyable to watch. Don't mind the length, I'm retired and have nothing better to do but play SOTF 839 hrs. This build is very nice. I guess you already know that you can attach a log to the wall to walk up to the top to walk on top of the wall or to place your quarters or whole logs without having to jump and you can move placed objects by holding the x on a controller, don't know on a keyboard, sometimes you put a log where it doesn't belong, then you don't have to chop it to remove it, just hold the button and grab it. Also if you want lighting without all the ugly wiring you can put a book torch behind the strut, torch first then the strut, for a warm lighting effect. If placed correctly you will not see any flames, only light. Also if you build near a waterfall you can put torches behind the falls and down the stream for a really nice night time effect.
