The parasite’s goal is to create violence and chaos through spreading the disease. Brightheart didn’t go anywhere when she died, her body stayed at the dog place while Swift dragged himself back to camp! And as for making the host’s soul watch, yeah! They are watching but cant take control of their body back no matter how hard they try. Thank you for the questions !!! I love answering em :D
