Is his head supposed to move I got one very damaged and fixing him back up he seems to have a screw missing in the internal to fix his head in place. But I’ve fixed him the best I can just as a display piece as my son 7 loves Mickey Mouse and collect Mickey stuff. The phone cost me £20 GBP

Hi! I’ve been trying to get my hands on a copy of the Fun and Fancy Free book in particular, but I’ve been unlucky as of current! There’s a portion of it I’d really like to see though. If it’s not too much to ask, would it be possible to scan some of the pages I wish to see? 🙂

Great video as always, Amanda! I’ve had the Fun and Fancy Free one for a few years now and it is indeed great, but I currently don’t have the other two. I really want to and actually almost ordered them, but sadly they had sold out of signed copies of the Walt and El Grupo book. I hope that they’ll have more signed copies on their website in the near future as I’d really love to have J.B. Kaufman’s autograph. I have so many of his books, but I sadly still haven’t met him. Are your bookcases secured to the wall? I just moved to a new place, and I am not allowed to attach my glass double door billy bookcases to the wall. I am trying to think of a solution to secure them from the bottom with some sort of wedge because they are front heavy. Any suggestions?😊

Thanks for the video. I had been trying to do this for a while, but the issue is billy book case is 202cm tall and the OXBERG glass door is just 192cm tall even as per the link in the video description. Would be interesting to know how you matched the height. Is there a glass door in ikea 202 cm tall?

Nice video, I’m glad you went to this! I’d love to see you do a video on collecting physical media as I do as well! I love those 35th anniversary pins! They did a whole series of them representing each year from 1971-2006. I actually have quite a few of them myself. I did a College Program at Walt Disney World but I wasn’t given a cast member dictionary. I miss working there and I hope to come back someday. I’ve always been interested in that Walt Disney CD-ROM as well as the Walt Disney World Explorer. Too bad they likely won’t work on my computer due to being so old!

very cool video! I would definitely like to see a close up look at some of the maps. The only maps I have are of Epcot and Magic Kingdom from last year so this was very interesting!

Very nice collection! I love collecting maps too! I wish I had started earlier, but I didn’t until around 2009 or so, so I sadly don’t have maps of my trips I made to Walt Disney World when I was in elementary school. I’d definitely like to see closeups of your maps! I went to a Disney exhibit in New York around two years ago and I saw the first ever Disneyland map by Herb Ryman there. It’s a dream to have at least one Disney room in a future home too! I loved DisneyQuest! I have a map from it too, I miss it there. I never went to NBA Experience, but lots of people said it was awful. Do you have the book Maps of the Disney Parks? I don’t remember seeing it in your Disney books collection video, but it seems like something you’d love.

Nice video, Amanda! I liked Wish as well! I wouldn’t say it’s one of my top favorite Disney movies, but I also don’t think it’s anywhere near as bad as so many people online try to make it out to be. I don’t have any of The Art of books for individual films, but I really like how this one goes over Disney history and how it plays a part in Wish. That alone makes me want to read this book as it looks like something I’d really enjoy reading as it looks like it’s just as much if not more a Disney history book than an Art of book for the film itself just from seeing The Art of Wish in your video!

The store you got this book from looks great! I don’t collect The Art of Books for specific films so I don’t have this or any of the other ones. But I do have some Disney books by Chronicle Books as I have all six volumes of the great They Drew as They Pleased series by Didier Ghez!

Very nice collection! That’s cool that you first went to Walt Disney World during the 25th anniversary in 1996. I’m a bit jealous you were there when things like Mr. Toad’s Wild Ride, the original Journey Into Imagination, and Horizons were still there. 😅 I first went to Walt Disney World in December 2000 when I was three. Have you ever been to Disneyland? I’ve made one trip there so far and I’m hoping to go back sometime this year. Pirates of the Caribbean is my favorite ride at Disneyland and since you said it’s your favorite ride in this video, if you’ve only been on it at Magic Kingdom, Disneyland’s Pirates is even better! Sadly only one episode of House of Mouse is on DVD. The first episode The Stolen Cartoons was included as a Bonus Feature on the Mickey’s Magical Christmas Snowed in at the House of Mouse DVD. I loved DisneyQuest! That’s great that you also went to it when it was still there. Donald is my favorite character too!

That’s great that you went! I have a different hardcover edition of The Art of Walt Disney and it’s a great book! Did you get to meet Bob Gurr? I met him in September 2021 at an event he did for his 90th Birthday.
