My aunt and uncle, from Ontario Canada, used to spend their winters in Panama City Beach at Treasure Island Motel. My mother & I visited them for spring break in 1982, when I was not quite 11. We had planned to go to the Treasure Ship, but for some reason it didn’t happen. I remember that being my only disappointment from the trip. Sadly, it was destroyed by fire 28 years later, so it’ll never happen now 😞

Thanks for the video, it is the sound of my childhood. Grandpa had a 9,9 slightly newer because it was blue. I had a maybe slightly older 15hp, it was battered and beaten but always started on the first few pulls... in a cloud of smoke. Great engines, these. From time times before the Japanese came and conquered. I now have a Yamaha on my transom. Electric start on a 9,9 was unthinkable for us. Such luxury!

I loved going to Universal and Disney World with family when I was a kid. This was one I loved as well and got my mom to go up and say the line "The Black Pearl?" followed by her fainting when the character Angela plays drops the fake one and it shatters. It was awesome. I got to do the wind machine once ^_^

My mix of originals is "Recommended Portions". I play and record everything and it is available everywhere music is. It is a far mix of old crap recordings and newer recordings of dark and heavy to acoustic and most in the middle plus this run-on sentence for the proper people who are proper because they say so and yadda yadda blah blah but really thanks!! ...and yes I had this video as private for months along with the other drum videos because it seems odd to put this up.
