Norfolk Broads Sunset Here is a sunset over the Norfolk Broads. This view you can get from the back of what was the Church Farm restaurant at Burgh Castle. The view is over the Berney Marshes and Breydon Waters. Of course it will last longer than 45 seconds as in this video that I have sped up. Really is a lovely spot to see the sunset! 80's was the golden era for Great yarmouth when the south denes caravan park was there.
I used to live there and they really let the South part of the town go downhill, nice place during the season though.
I would recommend not going here in May, as everything is shut until the main summer season. Yarmouth really does thrive during the summer holidays though. Oh yeah, and behind the circus amusements is the Hippodrome Circus.

Most of these seaside towns have declined massively since the mid 80s, then in the 2000s they dumped loads of illegal immigrants in them. This isn't the worst one though.

It was a reptile place. It has crocodiles, snakes, meerkats etc. But there was a gift shop in it too 😁😁
It used to be full of reptile enclosures. I remember there were a few crocodiles and a lot of varying specie's in there. Sadly it's closed now.
It shut down a little while back, it used to have animals and reptiles.

Loved going to Great Yarmouth. My Parents used to holiday on The Broads during the 60s. Remember five live shows, The ABC, Royal Aquarium, Britannia Pier, Wellington Pier & The Windmill Theatre. Saw many live shows there including Morcombe & Wise & Dusty Springfield. I noticed in your video that the former Empire Cinema has re opened. The last time I visited Great Yarmouth was in 2012 and it was boarded up. Great Pleasure Beach with it's oldest Wooden Rollercoaster in the UK. Great ride and best sitting at the rear. The Famous Circus with it's rare flooded ring. Hope to return this Summer. Nice HD Video.
david stickland the empire is still boarded up and has been for as long as I can remember been living here all my life almost 22 years lol last time I heard the building was unsafe and Peter jay can't be bothered with the upkeep so has let it rot away.. so much has changed since this video Amazonia has been demolished for a start strange looking at videos like this when I have it practically on my doorstep
