I actually really liked this belt when the W was fixed in place. Mainly because I love belts with 4 side plates instead of the usual 2. This belt felt balanced. 4 plates but not going overkill making them big.

Hi OG subscriber! :) I agree 100% with what you said. New cars are such a scam. Then your a slave to debt and ridiculously high interest rates. You end up paying way more than the asking price at the end of it. It never gets paid off & the novelty of a brand new car wears off very quickly. I made this mistake in 2017 with a new Toyota Corolla (not very expensive or flashy but brand new), big mistake. It felt like it would never be paid off. Used cars are so much easier & faster to pay off and live freely. Now I've had my used 2007 Honda for the past few years and couldn't be happier 😊

45s 50s and 55s in that style were very hard for me to find so if you stumble across any don’t hesitate to grab them they’re super useful especially for presses and rows

some sets will be alittle off by something, pick up a scale if you dont have one, always check and sharpy the ammount somewhere

Well said, ive been training for Ridiculous years, ive been getting bullied in the gym, cos the personal trainers are jealous cos i had afew of their clients talking to me. The personal trainers told all the members of the gym to not interact with me, they want to kick me out the Gym but they got no real reason to, its cos they feel intimidated by my hardwork an mostly genetics. I miss how the gym environment use to be. Times have changed.
