This was a few days of fishing at lake murray. Right now its the summer to fall transition so the fishing is tough af but we still managed a few solid fish.

This was a super fun day of fishing at lake barrett. We got a boat rental and went out in search for some hungry bass. It was a solid day of fishing we were able to get on some nice bass and bluegill. Also had a few crappie in the mix.

My First Trip To Newport Bay

This was a super dope trip up to Newport bay. spent the day chilling with my girlfriend and shore pounding on balboa island. I caught a giant at night and fished the next morning. Fishing was slow but I managed to Land some tanks.

It’s so much fun having a day on the water like that!!!! I am having some days like this in Alaska right now. I found out 2 inch Sierra slammers on 4 lb fluorocarbon are lethal here for salmon and trout in the freshwater tributaries. A lot of people asking what I’m using. And the 1 1/2 inch tube jigs for crappie are great before the freeze. Get them while you can!!!!

@@JBfishing619 that’s a solid way to roll out! I been lucky to catch a few dinks on a drop shot minnow out here in these IE lakes the past few months. Gets me amped up watching others out on the tube putting in work. Catching all those on light gear ⚙️ must have been hella fun 🤙🏻

Is it difficult for you to use certain techniques like walking the dog, skipping, pitching, jerking, cause you’re so close to the water and no elevation? I also fish from a tube and struggle with techniques where you need the rod tip pointed down. Curious how it’s been for you.
No it's super easy. I do alot of skipping with the frog. It does help to have like a 7ft rod tho
How about when you’re throwing poppers or jerkbaits? Are you more flicking sideways rather than downwards?
