try putting a plate in a pillow case and add an elastic band so the plate remaons inside and use a hammer

The first thing you held up is a table runner or dresser scarf. Dresser scarfs were used to protect the finish on nice dressers or chest of drawers. You mentioned the color of your doilies, all my antique doilies are a cream color. They were made using an unbleached thread. I think yours is probably the original color and not that color from dirtiness.

The pot with the apples on top is for baking any meat's. You soak the pot in water for a while and let it absorb the water and it makes the meat real moist.

When I lived down south, I used to go to flea markets every weekend. I haven't been to one in over 10 years now. I just don't see them here at all (in New York). Can't wait to head to the southwest. The candle holder that you picked up and said you didn't know where it was from. It's from party light years ago. There was a company called party light And it had a glass top that set on it. That's really pretty and then you put a candle down in it It was just like the one that you picked up and said you thought it was a hurricane candle. That's exactly what it was called back in the day.

Don’t know if your daughter still snores, but if so get her tonsils out. My daughter did that and it deformed her jaw. She had to have braces for several years then surgery to break her jaw and reset it. All could have been prevented by removing her tonsils.
