Absolutely phenomenal composition god damn!! Emotional at points, truly moving and inspirational in the third movement before the groove started again. Absolutely phenomenal. This is truly like a lost Kapustin concerto. Added to my special playlist and will listen to it many times. Such a coincidence that I saw this the day it was released. Huge congrats to you for this A Bu

Listened to this phenomenal work probably near 100 times. Genuinely think it to be one of the best piano concertos ever, and this recording has so much soul to it. Big props to the bass, electric guitar and drumkit players, they are so instrumental to keeping the piece ticking along, as well as of course the irreplaceable A Bu.

Wonderful compositions and performance. Great to see you writing ensemble music as well! I used to have an ensemble with a flutist where we played a lot of jazzy classical music (Bolling, Schnyder, etc), I would have definitely been very tempted playing this :)

@@abu4064 You're welcome! You know, Paul Motian the drummer on this recording, remarked that in 5 years he's played with Bill, live and in studio, Evans never made a single mistake, especially time/ meter wise. I find that remarkable.
