This train was a very rare occasion, as it was most likely held up earlier that early morning, forcing it to run in the afternoon. T-004's sister, T-001 also ran, but it ran later in the night, therefore I didn't get to see it. Recorded 7/27/2024

Very nice! How far is this from downtown Duluth?
Pretty far, the rail line runs to the docks of Duluth, but i went as far north as Keenan, MN, which is 50ish miles north.

They can't do that. Franklin park use to be one of the few places that still allowed train horns on the Metra system. Now where is everyone supposed to film horn using trains?
So freight does run on that line.

UP replaced the lights of that crossing in this video :( RIP 12x20 Inch Electro-Tech LEDS in WCH frames. they were replaced with 12x24 inch GE dotted LEDS in safetran frames
the elctro-tech leds replaced WCH clear aurora LEDS
i was here with him we had to leave in the middle of a CSX ballast train
thats the reason the freight train vid was cut
