I used to borrow this record from the local library when I was a teenager. I brought it home many times, and was fascinated by it. I haven’t heard it in its entirety in over 50 years. Thank you so much for posting it!

I originally had the vinyl of this but then stupidly sold it all off and I've tried for years to find this version of Long Distance Call but then a month or so ago I remembered it wasn't Muddy Waters but Luther Georgia Boy Snake Johnson. What joy. Happy birthday Dude.

I was a Chicago blues fan back to when I was 13. In 1972, when I was 17 I found Junior's Next Time You See Me 78 rpm in a junk shop. Grabbed it and my respect for him grew and grew. Being a fan of Muddy Waters, Junior Wells and Magic Sam, I never realized his genius until about 20 years ago. Oh, I liked him and all but finally realized how brilliant his music really was. He rates at the very top among all recorded vocalists. Thanks for posting this! great album!
