Photoshop PixelFie, is a free resource for learning Photoshop. We believe in learning the concept, rather than learning the steps so that you can translate "your" imagination visually to the world. Great question! The cartoon effect itself is static, but you can animate it by importing the layers into Adobe After Effects or Photoshop's timeline feature.

Does Photoshop allow me to remove a person who’s in front of me? The reason I ask is because how will photoshop remove the person and add my face and body if it doesn’t know what I look like. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Great question! Photoshop can remove a person using tools like Content-Aware Fill or the Clone Stamp Tool, which analyze the surrounding area to fill in the space left behind. However, Photoshop won't automatically know your face or body. To add yourself, you'd need a separate photo of yourself in a similar pose, lighting, and angle. You can then overlay and blend it into the image for a seamless result.

modify option not work in my photoshop
Hi there! If the 'Modify' option isn't working for you in Photoshop, it could be due to the selection mode or an issue with the selection area. Make sure you have an active selection first. When I press hold alt & click Never linked I will try more times but never convert the link 😞
But the layer can't be linked to either what method explains easily
