0:03 I think you might need some pedal at the beginning
My teacher in general limit a lot of the use of pedal but good point anyway.
Looking at your previous videos you have progressed well.
A bit slow
Ummm😅
Hi, I have the same piano and 2 keys make a “clicking” sound. What issue are you repairing on this piano? Thank you for making this video, I could not find anything else!😊
@@wayneobuk sticky keys due to a spread of glue on key back point of contact
Very good! This is my favourite piece! There's just so much emotion in it! Sadness, happyness and homesickness. Thanks for posting this!
Good job, one of my Bach's favourites!❤
Buen trabajo, David.
Do# mayor.
if you did reflection on the pianino on purpose you're a genius
but -point for the dust
it is easy
Hello! Can you tell me please, which pedal is comparable with this app, and is that pedal working on android as well?
Hello, currently im using other application named newzik, the pedal works fine with any applications because pedals works like a keyboards they send by bluethood av pav rev pag or forward, backward keys like a keyboard. the pedal works if this keys works too, you can test with a bluethoot keyboard before.
@@DavidMartinez-rk6fd Thank you a lot!
Bro !!!! This birth u practice czerny Next birth u play Beethoven 😅😅.
Thank you for your comment, i mix exercises and etudes with pieces its good, exercises for mantein your agility and technique and music for your should and musicality

Hi David from Midwest 🇺🇸 I’m beginning piano, wanting to replace a 30 y.o. Upright made in U.S.. I want a Made In Germany 🇩🇪 114-118 Upright. C. Schimmel is a choice. Did you compare to other 🇩🇪 Uprights? Why the C. Schimmel? Thanks Keep posting your TH-cams.
I choose a Schimmel because I wanted a Europeans sound piano and the best pianos are from Germany, I saw bechtein and Hoffman too but I didn't test them at that moment, the Schimmel sound is great and I like it a lot it's an affordable piano not cheap but also not super expensive either. You get Renner mechanic components with it
Hi are you happy with the Roland recorder?
Yeah of course it works fine, but honestly I don't use it so often because I would rather record directly with my phone
I like the phone better except the noise
Maybe but it depends a lot of the Roland position and settings configuration.
Thank you for your comment I appreciate it!
What are you using to view the music? Does it let you make notes like which finger to use or highlight? And do you recommend it?
Hello Weed, nowadays I'm using Newzik application: newzik.com the have an iPad's App on the store. i like it a lot, it lets you take all kind of annotation, making tags, doing annotations in different layers, add multimedia files like videos or music files, organize sheets of music and download music.
@@DavidMartinez-rk6fd oic, so it is an app on a device, not some device that only does music. I shall look, ty.
Estupendo. ¡Feliz año!
Muy linda y original tu pieza. Felicdades por Navidad y un Próspero Año Nuevo
felices fiestas!
Beautifully played, so wonderfully Christmassy! it's impressive how well the piano tuning matches the singing! Merry Christmas, David !😀
Merry Christmas 🎄🎁 to you too
@@DavidMartinez-rk6fd Thanks!😃🎄🎄🎄
This one's a toughie for me . I'm working on it now . Great job !
Definitely repeat the entire piece, it's 1 minute 35 seconds at this tempo. you'll never master an interpretation of any piece of music if you rely on technology for children pieces. (And even admit publicly that you're doing so instead of working harder to play it accurately at all!) I've repeated pieces that are 17++ minutes long, literally, hundreds of times to enhance my comfortability and broaden my interpretations of the given piece. It is simply part of what it means to become an accomplished and well practiced pianist. (Not even to mention this piece is a snails pace, especially among czerny, many pieces are extremely more physically demanding.)
I don't understand why you said that i rely on children pieces technology, where did you read that?, thank you for watching me!!
@@DavidMartinez-rk6fd "I would rather fix on the editor and cut and paste, i think it isnt relevant" Plainly written in the video description. Quite literally you are using technology to cover up your mistakes for performances of A PIECE OF MUSIC MEANT FOR CHILDREN! It's very relevant. You aren't even 0.00001% of the way to having enough skill as a pianist to be a legitimate content creator. So who are you trying to lie to? Yourself? Me? These very few random strangers in the comments? Do better, better yourself, don't rely on technology to fix mistakes. Simply practice more, study harder, get better. Rely on technology when you're months into a master level solo piano composition. Not when you're hours into a child piece!
@@NinjaChan-f5i It's all yours you can study it on your way, no problem. All depends on your free time and your goals.

Thank you so much for the video. I have CA95. Since I fixed the problem with the official Kawai service centre, the same problem came back very quickly so I would like to try the replacement of slip pad by myself. I cannot find where I can buy it. Do you have any suggestions? (I live in Italy).
Finally I substitute those with anti-slip felt pieces more reliable and you get rid of sticky problems for ever
te ha quedado excelente, gracias por compartir.
It's good, but maybe try working on loosening your wrists a little bit. It'll help you move much faster comfortably. But overall, you play well.
how is this piano? schimmel 116, should i buy one???
I love this piano, worth it.
Thanks! Replacement is for the white and black keys? Currently I have a problem with a black key.
Hello Richard, my problem was only with black-keys but the solution apply to all the keys, the mechanism is the same in both of them. Sadly the official replacement degradated very quickly, that because i finally substitute the official replacement by "chair anti slip pieces", they works fine and since then i didnt have to change them anymore until now.
@@DavidMartinez-rk6fd thanks David.... its allready the third time in 2,5 years..🤔... still in warranty. If the feel of the piano werent that great, I would allready have sold it.... but this vid is going to help me for the future... it will take some time fixing it, but it isnt brainsurgery😉. Thanks again!👍
¡Enhorabuena!
Gracias a ti por ver mis videos!.
A really nice Czerny exercise, full of 8vas and jumps, a bit difficult especially the middle section, but quite sort
And it's free
Watch that wrist movement, gonna hurt yourself!
Thank you for your advice, but i dont have any injuri for 6-7 years i have been playing piano more seriosly
@@DavidMartinez-rk6fd I’ve studied for 19 years and I play professionally/ instruct privately, but depending on the person bad form can take years to cause a problem, but keeping that wrist in a neutral position or returning to one often is a good prevention measure plus will in the long run make you a better pianist! In this video you aren’t necessarily playing aggressively enough for those movements to be detrimental but if you were to want to speed things up, good form is a necessity. Good luck 👍
Vieil homme amer !
