He's the master of making pavlova in Seoul
In the center of Seoul, hidden in an alley, is one of the best coffee shops I've ever visited. The dessert they specialize in is called a pavlova.

What are South Korea's most traditional foods? (Documentary)
มุมมอง 44K21 วันที่ผ่านมา
I went to the countryside of South Korea to find the source of many of the traditional foods that Koreans hold dear: Kimchi, Gochujang, Sesame Oil, and of course, strawberries. This video features a number of incredible artisans who I was introduced to by an importer named Kevin Kim. He put together a bundle of their goods which you can buy here (not a sponsor): www.kevinschoices.com/collection...
most of the time when someone that’s ur boss is talking like that u r highly underpaid and greatly over appreciated. Remember ur worth n if that’s for u so be it ❤

Terima kasih & Happy Holiday 🙏🏻

You seriously just called that place a dive bar…
dude that video was so good!! you could make 5 minute mini-documentaries once a year and i’d still be happy ❤
Rob, brother. Been watching your stuff for awhile and feasting on 50, all good stuff, I really like it, genuinely. But this? I LOVE this, honestly one of the best things I've watched this year. You have to make more long form stuff like this. I think the chapters is a perfect way to keep people engaged since we're all addicted to social media it seems like. This was so beautiful, you should be super proud of yourself. Please keep doing this kind of stuff.
That dish looks heavenly good god
Passes the dog after making sure the coast is clear. "Don't tell nobody!"
Another distilled nugget of artistry from your full documentary! You’ve clearly found your calling, and it’s very inspiring and moving. Thanks for taking us on these amazing journeys with you. I’ve been to Korea countless times throughout my life, but it’s fascinating to experience it through your lens. ❤
All corn is no more or no less native than another variety. They all originated in the Americas. Technically corn isn't native at all. It's been selectively bred for thousands of years to produce the different varieties. All varieties can be traced back to a single plant, teosinte, which had largely inedible seeds. Teosinte is native, not corn. The corn he uses would be more accurately described as heirloom or heritage corn.
You can’t go wrong with spots like this
Too bad it's located in the middle of Hell.
Nah this guy is cool asf. Would love to work for this man.

Thank you for this beautiful piece of work. It was inspiring, not only from a creative point of view, but from a human perspective. Comes to show how important and intertwined food ans culture are.

It's nice to see an American hot dog with a real sausage
Can we get itinerary’s going for the places you visit?
BRAVO
their pizza picks are demonstrably and objectively incorrect. Best pizza in DC is from Timber in Petworth. Literally down the street from Menya Hosaki.
He could use a mask.... it's bothering
I’ve been waiting for this documentary to drop! Thank you!
It’s so sad, as an American, our standards have drop so low. We compromise the quality of products for affordable and convenience. It wasn’t always like this.
