Packing the socks outside of the columns seems really inefficient. More time consuming and probably not going to get a good consistency within the socks. I prefer racks I can wheel from the packing station to the extraction area, get way more done that way.

Lower quality biomass still needs to be fresh, like recently trimmed. Old biomass is useless for bho products.

Wouldn't the THCA crystallizing to one solid mass within the mixer be a bad thing? Lol I had that happen to me once when I fist got my mixer and had to open it up and chip it all out, was a mess! Definitely changed my process since then to avoid thay at all costs. Looks like this setup maybe a bit different tho. My mixer is piped to a separator, nothing get poured out the bottom of mine

Fantastic, we don't have full legality here in Scotland, but there are those of us who do this kind of work clandestinely.
