I still break 80c (point at which my fan curve goes crazy) a lot as I load / quick travel in the full release with my 5900x. I can't hit these temps stress testing with realbench. I have 3x 360mm rads for one CPU and GPU but I am running the game at 240 FPS. I assume it's because the game is only really using one or two cores and ryzen will up the voltage to boost these cores (The CPU would actually run cooler if it were running more cores.)

Looks like the common denominator is Ryzen processors I am having same problem on my Ryzen 4600H, goes to 100 degrees. Fan is going crazy.

Well i am not that bad then... but still not normal. I am at 74C

I reached 90°C on my new 5600x. Amazon might as well give out coupons for fridges to put your PC in.

Having the same issue with my i9 10850k.... hope this gets fixed soon. Hovering around 83-86c

Some people managed to fix this by literally disabling the turbo option by putting pc cpu consumption in power plan to 99% by litearlly killing their own frames, since enabling vsync in nvidia control panel doesn't even work, the issue is that this game has no FPS cap limit so whenever you are going in a menu your FPS will literally jump even at 1500+ making your CPU spike at literally 100% so old CPU's don't have this issue at all, this game literally made me do like 5 different benchmarks on my cpu, the biggest temps I got was 81.4C and that was after toasting my CPU for like 30-45 mins with benchmarks at constant 100%, during the initial tests I was barely getin 70C, from what I saw of other people reports the biggest issues were for ryzen 5900x and 5950x, and mostly people without AIO, I know 5900x was build to even peak at 98c but this is ridiculous I refuse to reduce my CPU lifespan for a beta, till they don't fix it by pushing an update I will pass on this game, massive disappointment as I wanted to play this game before BNS even launched to West and that was so many years ago :/

same problem on my 5900x, I also played the russian version today: EU closed beta 75°C and 54°C on RU client...

same temperatures, 5600x user here and btw i locked my cpu at 4.4ghz all the time and 1.172V (i know, my cpu idles at higher temperatures, but it should, and normally does with other games help keeping the temperature more stable)

Getting to some 90°C on my side with NH-D15 as radiator, although, i had the same thing on New World's beta and got better when the game launched... Hope it'll be the same
