I recently came across your TH-cam channel and was impressed by its aesthetics. However, upon further examination, I noticed several areas that could benefit from improvement. Specifically, I found issues related to SEO, rank tags, and tag volume that appear to be incomplete. There is room for enhancement in various other aspects as well. I am Arafat Amin, a seasoned Freelancer with over 2 years of experience specializing in TH-cam video SEO. I am confident that I can provide the assistance you need to optimize your TH-cam channel and its videos.
How many companies are buying houses?
Stop bringing the prices of your houses up and then maybe people will be able to afford it.
And Grandpa Joe is patting himself on the back that he stopped inflation! Yeah, with poverty!
It's almost like mfs can't afford homes😮
Fr
Well that was some idiotic generalizations. Yet again, the well to do blaming the poor for all the issues. Look at some actual statistics on who's pulling out loans and using credit cards they can't pay back. 40% of Americans couldn't cover a $400 emergency expense, nearly 60% couldn't cover $1000. 72% of Americans self report as not being financially secure and the last federal minimum wage was in well over a decade ago in 2009. 33% of the wealth is all that 90% of the population get to share, while 67% is owned by a measly 10%, 14% of which is owned by the top 0.1%. The most recent 2021 figure showed that 9.3% of the nation made **under** 15,000. Yeah, there's a huge consumerist culture here given that it's a '1st world country'. But that is ONLY possible due to prices set through additional inhumane exploitation of other countries in even worse financial conditions. The issue is the top. All the money grubbing elite in charge and those that have the means to lobby (pay those in charge) for the ACTUAL handouts in the form of subsidies. The measley change haded out during the pandemic was the barest of minimums that could have been given to the population. The tax money flooding in from this very population is simply reallocated to those already in power, and literally 'lost' in the books for defense spending and the like. The people are getting exploited, and then the top 10% point and blame the state of the economy on them. Worse still, they're indoctrinated to blame themselves.
This isn't a downturn. also the fact that there are people under 30 who have been through FOUR of these isn't inspiring confidence in the system that puts bandaids on 50 cal bullet holes. It's not shocking that people just go f it we ball because its not like it's gonna matter to us anyway when the next "downturn" happens
People can’t afford rent and food and this bald idiot thinks it’s cause they don’t wanna stop buying Gucci belts
And this isnt a "downturn". This is permanent. Rent isn't gonna go back down. Not happening.
prices do get better in relativity to the economy. Dollars are just numbers, the value behind them is what matters.
I've never taken a loan, (other than payday) I've never had a credit card, and ive only had a savings once. This country sucks. I'm a truck driver that does door dash and donates plasma. Food, gas, rent shouldn't cost this damn much.
Money printer go brrrrrrrr, Ukraine gets 100+ billion, unfettered illegal immigration keeping wages stagnate, closing the keystone pipeline, increase in welfare payouts, ineffective green energy subsidies. These boomer clowns 'advice', oh your just financially irresponsible, that's why your poor.
Goods/Gas dont usually double in price during a downturn...
Is this dude on crack? Ever economic measure has been positive for the past year after fixing the previous administrations loose handling of the economy
Downturn? 😂😂😂
You know… you could… possibly… live in another city in TX?!
bros gonna love this
These people are so dumb! The largest group of home owners in the US are people aged 65+ with the average life expectancy in the USA of 77 years. It’s simple supply and demand the largest portion of the population which was Baby Boomers who had home readily available to purchase.while the millennials who slightly surpassed the boomer population number were still growing the housing crisis in the mid 2000’s halting building of new homes so as millennials got to purchasing age there was no supply. so there is a gap that needs to be filled. Guess where it will come from? The boomer generation that will die off in the next 10 years (Many of which own multiple homes) causing and influx of new properties on the market this driving prices down due to over supply. Soooo yeah this will not age well.
Or we in for the crash of a generation.
Biggest problem Texas has is politics.
Lol so not true.
are you high?? what have you been smoking?
Womp womp
Completely leaves out the fact that real estate investors have bought up most of the affordable homes and have priced regular working class citizens out of ever owning a home.
How about more starter holmes?
