How do you remove a shadow root and melt that was done with the Wella color touch color line. I have tried applying a bleach cap to my scalp area to lift out the shadow root and it turned brassy and will not lift out ? It was done with double amounts of 4% and was a 5n. Now it is a brassy 5n.
