So its minimum 3 players, not 2? This looks great, especially spicy variant! Also would love a solo variant as the colours are great for a memory game! For solo could deal a "dead" hand where you choose to check either the highest or lowest card (far right or far left) along with checking one of the middle cards like the normal mode rules... or perhaps you or deal 2 alternate hands in some sort of solitaire way where the top and bottom card can be flipped and used before the rest of the nested cards in thr hand can be flipped over? This game is too pretty not to have quite solo variant and 2 player variant imo!
