@@RdB_Racing thanks for the answer man. I have a 2008 that I would like to prepare for track. Which clutch and qs do you recommend? Also have you noticed a big difference with the clutch?

@@GiacintoMarcellino It's a Bazzaz qs and TSS slipper clutch. I bought the bike with them installed already. The clutch is a must have if you want to brake late and downshift quickly. I'd just try it stock at first and see if your rear tends to lock or skip during downshifting, all depends on your pace. Better to invest in good tires and tracktime at first. Don't forget to install a billet oil cooler, the stock one will fail sooner or later on track.

Thanks man for all the tips! I'm taking notes. Sorry for the many questions but one last thing. When it comes to power I have a full exhaust with air filter and a tune ecu map that is generic. Do you think that's all I need or should I look at more mods and a custom map? Once again thanks and nice channel!

@@GiacintoMarcellino That's all you need to be honest. It's all I have power-wise as well. You should get it Dyno tuned by someone who knows these bikes and who's familiar with TuneECU.

Thanks! Yes, the 3 cylinder is missing revs on the start finish straight compared to the 4 cylinders, so they gain quite a lot at top speed. Had to brake late to keep him behind!

Thanks! Dat was tijdens één van de trainingsdagen van het raceweekend, dus onnodig om zo voorbij te komen... Steeds blij geweest van de Metzelers, ik rij met de K2. Na 2 dagen is het beste van de achterband er wel van af om te kunnen pushen op races. Voor trackdays gaat die gerust 5 dagen mee.

@@RdB_Racing , risicovolle pass zonder dat er iets te winnen valt inderdaad. Bedankt voor de info! Ik rij enkel recreatieve trackdays, heb met de TD Slicks gereden, en heb nu eens de SC2's geprobeerd van Pirelli. De Racetec's zitten daar mooi tussenin van prijs en ga ik ook eens proberen!

Thanks! After the first session I kept on the right out of Bianchi and shortshifted, that gave me around 95dB. Then I got a single peak of 99dB in third session while riding with a s1000rr, shouldn't even register when riding in group.. Strange but race direction didn't want to listen..

@@RdB_Racing mostly u can't understand what they measured, so u don't know what to do, to stay under DB limit. Until last session I shift up 2 gears before measure point an stay half throttle. That's works for me. But when someone next to u got a shift bang, u get the black flag. It's a gamble... But sometimes u got a second chance, when u talk to the boss of motorsportschool 😉

@@RdB_Racing Ik word op Mettet al vaak naar de mensen vd geluidsmeting gevraagd (CBR600RR met open lijn). Dus Zolder zou voor mij enkel toegankelijk zijn op 'open uitlaatdagen'. Zo worden het wel snel dure dagen 🙂!

Oh that was you on #1? I did see a white racing 765 at the start of one the sessions. I thinks it's even more impressive doing those laptimes on a naked! Great riding and hopefully we'll meet on track one day!

Yes I've still got it as a roadbike. Great bike on track but my Daytona is way faster as it's a track only prepared bike. With some mods the street would be great as well, starting with rearsets, I was scraping footpegs quite early.

You won't gain anything noticeable with just a slip-on exhaust. You'd need a tune to get any benefits other than looks and sound.

C'est tellement un régal que la street m'a persuadé de faire plus de piste, donc j'ai acheté un daytona pour piste :) Les Supercorsa n'ont même pas tenus 3000km chez moi. Très content des Power 5, jamais eu de gros frayeurs, pas sur le sec, mouillée ou sur piste. ET ça tient 6000km à l'arrière et le double à l'avant. Je viens de monter les S22 pour essayer autre chose, seulement fais une journée en Ardennes avec et ça change d'angle moins rapide que les power 5

Volledig mee akkoord, ben ik me zeker van bewust. :) Was mijn eerste keer Zolder, eerste keer op de Daytona circuitmoto en enige sessie waar ik meer dan 3 ronden heb kunnen rijden.. ik was dus nog niet 100pct aan het focussen op juiste lijnen :D bedankt voor de tip! ;)

Salut, c'est une 2020. Mon meilleur temps est 1.18.5 mais il y encore beaucoup d'amélioration possible car c'était ma seconde fois sur piste. La street est un vrai plaisir sur piste, seul inconvénient est que les repose-pieds touchaient le sol a la fin mais ça sera aussi a cause de ma position qui n'est probablement pas comme il faut. J'ai les vidéos de ma seconde journée a Mettet sur mon profil.

@@RdB_Racing super temps déjà, moi j ai rouler deux fois a mettet en r1 et r6 et tjrs 1,20.00 ... pas mieux... Me réjouis de mettre ma rs aussi. Je vais aller voir ta seconde vidéo.
