The talk about equality for the left is more a talk about power and not who does which job. When we talk about equality we mean democracy in the workplace. We think a CEO appointed by the shareholders should not be able to make cuts in the workforce, although the business makes record profit. We think it should be up to the workers to decide what to do, since they're the ones whose labour actually creates goods If a new robot or something helps in production, workers should decide if they fire their co-workers, or if they just go home after 4 hours instead of 8.

Der Spliff but do you trust the masses completely to say what to do with the company? Do you trust them even if they have no idea of what the market is like to make the decisions? I feel like that would make the economy sink. It’s a pretty scenario, but it’s unrealistic, I personally would like that most things that the left want to do with the economy were realistic and possible, but it was proven it isn’t, a capitalist system may be flawed, very flawed in fact, but it work for humans, a economic idea that works is something that is inherently human, competition and greed, socialism is flawed in that aspect, now having socialist elements is most likely better for the economy in my opinion. But capitalist will always be there unless you want to do what other countries that tried that, alll of them still had capitalist elements even tho those states would be socialist and communist but very little and they normally collapse in maybe 60-70 years with much suffering from the population while the death of that state drags on
