Look worse than a few years ago, especially the former B dock area. I know hurricane Fiona in 2022 did damage to the former ferry piers. That plus neglect over the past 24 years.

There was a wooden fishing boat being built a few years ago with 1,000 hp Volvo. A few news pieces on it and never seen it finished? I was hoping to see it, I know it was in PEI.

I was getting some sand from small pile in material yard about 2015 when Mississagi arrived to add to the pile. I kept 20 metres away because I knew how fast sand would come out. Boom started to add to bare spot by river and it just poured out into a 10 metre high pile in minutes. They moved the boom and reversed the boat to make a neat pile about 40 metres long perpendicular to river to feed concrete plant. It is impressive seeing it unload up close and fairy quite. I do not think it was the whole ship load but left sand for another customer. The cement boats are the similar in each depot city getting a third to half of the load. The big hoses jump around a lot when they are unloaded by air.
