I have been asking God for his presence and for days now I have been seeing this sermon on my feed. I finally watched it and it answered my question. And I was a bit sad when it ended. God's way of answering our questions is beautiful and satisfying. Praise Jesus!

I could not disagree with this teaching more. First, the Chosen series is just fiction. A few facts thrown in to give it a semblance of credibility. But it's pure fiction, a soap opera. So mentioning It in a sermon as if it's worthy of teaching material to help Jesus's disciples in their growth or healing is ridiculous, that's as kind as i can say that...ridiculous. She says the Chosen is "stunning"....and we should " take her word for it". I'll stick with the original bible script. And the words of Jesus. The chosen storyline of James being crippled and wanting to be healed and Jesus talking him out if it, directly contradicts everything Jesus actually said about healing. There wasn't one person who came to Jesus for healing that didn’t receive healing. That's the truth. Just stick with the truth, please. Anything less than the truth is leading people into deception.

From an Evangelical perspective. Outstanding. Riffing on Dallas Willard is not the answer to 1 John 1:7, this is and this is how you become Burning, Always Burning. The Baptism with Fire is very simple, it is simply His Blood and it will also be a Baptism of Fire because it will burn right through everything. By the Blood purified and by the Spirit sanctified. ✝️🔥

The ability to discern God's voice is a treasure any believer should crave to have. It's a daily exercise as God is a spirit and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.
