KJ Method | Developed by Jiro Kawakita. This method is used to generate many ideas, organize data and combine similar ideas into groups.
Initially, no talking is encouraged while participants silently brainwrite. Participants write their ideas and look at others’ ideas to prevent duplicates and generate new ideas.
Dot Vote for most important groups. Begin talking after voting. Disagreements are okay.
Create a Summary Statement and collectively build upon others’ ideas. Then, select the best idea(s).
