Way to go Jay!! I am so proud of u!! Janet and I were best friends for a long time….but we just lost touch, unfortunately. If u see this, please tell Janet that I said hi! ….and I miss her very much!!
Some interesting points. Strange that this video itself does not have caption text overlays.
Hey I just saw this video on my recommendations and your podcast for podcasts was truly refreshing. love the positivity you share like I do on my channel for hope building and enlightenment, just liked and subscribed for more videos.
Why is the name still "Mike's" ?
Great video, and love your point (spoiler alert) about the Myth of outsourcing. Though should further on the topic on a collaborative approach, whether it's about anecdotes or more examples of + or -, would love to hear it. :) Two questions as think it was slightly hit upon (i.e. vertical videos) about media consumption. Kyle makes a great point about videos playing with the audio out, and how folks look to use captions/subtitles.. Have you received a lot of requests to edit /repurpose content in Reel/short form and if so does that change the approach of how you shoot videos for content? And, though we try to steer clients away from the use of copywriter songs, I'm concerned about how in IG reels there's an ability to use such songs on social media on mobile phones. For client videos on social media, do you steer away from them, or selective when incorporating? (Can you tell how chatty we get when we're hip-deep in shop talk?) :) Again great video and look forward to the next post!
Esto ya es viejo ya lo había visto Espero no tengas otra cosa que mostrar.

These guys are hilarious and so smart!
She is so talented. Love Holly's work
Hola!. Me encanta mirar tus creaciones que son maravillosas
Love Holly's art. She's really created a very specific lane for herself and I'm glad to see her succeeding.
Huh? Specific lane?..... Instagram has a gazillion pretty girls with quick videos of the "process" while sketching "the thing" that's popular that month.....
@@alejandromolinac I'm not referring to instagram or tutorials. I'm talking about her specific art style and the way she incorporates fashion, celebrity, characters from pop culture and always tries to be inclusive. It's very refreshing to see.
Thank you very much guys, that's most helpful. I am in PR but am often invited for informal discussions on all-round corporate communications. I loved the bit where you say that companies often speak to the external audiences before they talk to employees. And it's so true. Your podcast was most inspiring. Thanks again.
Fact is that we live in an ever changing world. And in order to be what is now considered (successful), you need more communicative skills than actual physical skills. But, as stated we live in an ever changing world and who knows what will be the requirement for success in the future. Im now 87 years old, and what it took to be successful back in my day was knowledge and hard work. Today that wont work, at least well. I see contractors who couldnt hold a job based upon their own skill level. But it dosent seem to matter so long as their communicative skills can offset that. In other words BS can rule in todays world. Cost plus projects are a prime example of that. Back in my day you would be whistling Dixie for a very long time before you might convince someone to give you a large job without some type of solid numbers. At the very minimum even on complex jobs there would be a high/low number agreed upon at the start. And if you went over budget on your labor factor you ate it.

Why do I drink Castle Island Beer? Cause it’s wicked awesome Delicious!!!!!
How did you fund this growth?
Soy tu super fan HOLLY NICOLS 👍👏❤️
He worked 60 hours a week, building his company from the ground up for years making his company into the beautiful price of machinery that it is today and then some lazy money grabbing guy who gets hired as an apprentice comes along and after a few months starts crying about " how wage gaps are unfair because he paid hourly and he does all the work and why should someone else get more of the money then him" If you wasn't for people like Nick you would even have a place to work you lazy, spoiled, entitled child. You have to put in your work, your hours, your energy, your time like he did first and then feel entitled to someone else's money. You came to a finished garden that he has worked at most of his life and expect to get hand out just because you poor little things had to bend your back and get your hands a wittle dwirty!!!
So he work 17 hours per day, 7 days a week for four years. Yeah, OK.
Your ideas and beliefs aged well. Enjoyed the interview.

I love this
I love you in my heart man I have a picture of you and me at mikes city Diner you and I cook together
I wonder if the same person can give a video 3 thumbs down?? Since it can't be possible for 3 different people not to like this. Lol This was a very inspirational video for my brother and I. We have a small cabinet shop in California and we are going to raise out standards starting with our cabinet doors! :) Keep up the great work and thanks for taking the time to share your projects.
Cool story. Iam now motivated.
Strangely I cannot get this video to play more than 20 seconds before an u limited buffer. I've switched to other videos and watched them through with no problem and come back to have the same issue 7 times now. TH-cam must have slowed bandwidth to this channel or something.
This is great, lots of things to think about for somebody getting ready to jump back in or rebrand.
Great video on a stellar guy, thanks.
Matt's page is A+
does it offer a LAN output? as in all that aggregated connections being output through one LAN outout?
Great comments, love the point of how (spoiler feedback) FB Answered they’re own question and them using clever ways to get some eyeballs on their content.
Absolutely - all about creating the right style content for the right network, and audience. Mixing it up is important too!
Great show and networking building.
"But it's also cool to give a sh*t" LOLOL! You're amazing dude. I learn something from every pic you post on insta! You are going to be the reason I start listening to pod casts.
"Don't Personalize, Humanize" already starting to use that quote. :) Excellent video and look forward to opportunity to collaborate!!!
You bet - Sometimes you walk into a good quote without even meaning to! Thanks for watching!
Very inspirational !
Very sincere and honest words. Thank you for sharing. 😎 From Canada to you 👌👍👏
I'm so impressed. Wise words.
Excellent video Nick. Identifying and working toward a brand you want for your business. Great advice
