NOTE: Contains fake subs. This is not related in any way to real situations and events. The Jungkook and Taehyung in this story are fictional. This is purely fan-made.
Story:
Jungkook and Taehyung are both poor. Jungkook wants to be a singer and is often seen busking on the streets. Taehyung manages a Cafe/Food Store but wants to be an artist. On his way home on his bike one day, he hears Jungkook's beautiful singing voice. The next day, Jungkook orders a coffee from the store and sees Taehyung. The two form a bond and immediately become friends. They often go to movies together and moon gazing. In amongst all of this, Jungkook begins to develop romantic feelings for his new friend. Days later after not hearing from Taehyung, Jungkook goes to his apartment. The two meet outside the apartment, next to the public garage. (This scene isn't in the vid but just to give some background info)
'Is it okay if we just talk out here?'
'Sure' Jungkook responds. "So...where have you been?"
'I'm sorry that I've been ignoring your calls...I've just been busy with the art competition is all' Taehyung lies.
'Oh... can I see it?'
'Uh...Well-it's'
"Oh come on Hyung" Jungkook laughs and nudges him. 'I'v seen you draw before. You're fucking amazing'
'Really? Well I think your singing is fucking amazing' Taehyung says back and nudges jungkook in the shoulder.
'You'v heard me sing?'
'Uhh....Yeah. On the streets every now and again'
'Wait...so you liked to watch me?" Jungkook grinned.
"What? N-No! I just-"
Jungkook takes a step forward towards Taehyung until he is up against the garage door.
'J-Jungkook what are you doing...' He looks at Jungkook and swallows. He feels Jungkook's body heat so close to him that he is unable to breathe. Their lips just centimeters apart.
'I think your so darn handsome, Taehyung' Jungkook breaths. Taehyung feels his cheeks blushing and his lips are burning with desire.
'Jungkook...'
Jungkook is pulled from Taehyung and is thrown against the brick wall.
'What the fuck do you think you're doing?!" his father roars. He grabs Jungkook by the collar and pounds his fist into his jaw. His uncle comes up behind him and they both pound him. Taehyung screams and cries for them to stop but his father demands that he go back to the house. After a whole hour, Jungkook staggers back home, bleeding. Taehyung sends him a text
' I'm so sorry...my father is gone now but...please don't come by my apartment again'.
A week has passed and Jungkook has not heard from Taehyung.
He really wants to apologize to him in person. He wonders what has happened. He finds himself unable to sing so he returns to his apartment, feeling lost and depressed. To his surprise, he looks ahead to see Taehyung sitting outside his door.
'Hyung" Jungkook calls out. "Where have you been? Are you alright?'
Taehyung does nothing but looks up at him, he wants to tell him everything about his mother, his abusive father, how he feels about Jungkook but is unable to face him. He feels so guilty about what had happened. He gets up and leaves. Jungkook is left thinking: 'Did I do something wrong? Is it me?'. At this moment he realizes after all the time he has spent with Taehyung, he still knows nothing about him. he sends him a text to meet him at the movie theatre...to Jungkook's disappointment, he does not show. Another day has passed and he is sitting in his apartment in the middle of the night. That's when he receives a voice message from Taehyung. Taehyung explains everything that has been happening at home, why he has been away, how he feels.
At this Jungkook runs from his apartment. He knows what Taehyung is illuding to...he knows he is going to do something and he has to stop him. As he runs he calls him he sends him a voice message.
'Hyung, please. You're not a monster. we can get through this together!' He sees Taehyung on the bridge and screams out but he is too late. An ambulance comes and takes Taehyung from the river. He is still alive but barely. He is taken to hospital. Jungkook goes to visit him but finds his hospital bed is empty which can only mean one thing.
A week has passed since Taehyung's death and Jungkook is still not over it. He tries to busk on the streets again but loses his way. When he goes to sleep all he can see is Taehyung when he goes to the cinema, all he hopes to see is Taehyung and kiss him He wants to be with Taehyung so he throws himself in front of a car. He goes to the hospital and while there, he imagines Taehyung next to him. He remembers everything he said to him, all their memories, all that they have been through and suddenly gets the motivation to get better, to live on for Taehyung.
