The video ends abruptly, but I didn't say anything useful after that anyway. Having an oven is really nice, and the clothes rack is more civilized than storing them in a bin or trash bag. These things show up when on extended trips.

I try to make a loaf of sourdough bread each morning. I don't always make it further than a cup of coffee, but I do try to at least feed my starter.

Update: I've been using this for a couple of weeks now and am very happy with it (I'm on an extended truck camping trip). I've baked several meals with it and aside from the size it's giving me pretty much the same results as I get from my house oven. End update. I like to make a small loaf of sourdough each day, or as often as I can. The $20 toaster oven from Walmart just didn't do the trick. ...

For dinner tonight I'm making pie iron chicken fajitas. I'm camping in my truck of course. On my way to Silver Dollar City. I am at Floating Mill campground in Tennessee.

This is the third day of my text to Virginia route, and the easiest because I usually make it the shortest mileage day. I'm getting ready for my next trip, or I will be soon as I get there.

Staying at Warriors Path State Park this evening. Last night was the Alabama rest area. Saw unusual activity in the trucker parking area.

I'm on the road heading towards Virginia. I'm stopping for boudin balls, and then on to a rest stop to spend the night. my schedule for the next couple of months puts me in Virginia, Missouri, and Texas.

I feed my sourdough starter a few spoons of King Arthur Bread Flour and a dribble of water. But first dump about half off into your bread bowl and add enough flour and water to make a nice loaf. I add a half teaspoon of salt to the bottom of the bowl when wet with starter. Not how you are supposed to do it, but it makes a very nice dinner. Kent
