Hi, thank you for sharing all these informations. It's helping a lot. I also own a monetized searched based channel with round about 200 videos I created this year. My RPM is low in avarage. Your RPM seems to be much higher. Is it because many of your videos are in a high paid niche? At the moment I'm trying to optimize the process of creating a How-To-Video without loosing quality. I stopped the time and depending on the video I need 30-60 minutes for 1 Video to create and upload including Thumbnail. Just to share some experience! See you next time!

Also they propose taxing all income up to 17% and your home countries also will tax you. This and current new evisa applications require you apply in your home country with financial statements, police records, letters of invite and full information from spouse or family, a maximum stay of 180 days making Thailand a non go for millions of tourists especially older, non digital types.

Hi man, thanks for the video. Yeah that helps quite a bit, I'm living in Thailand now but doing visa runs, getting my arse kicked by the immigration on every entry aha so i deffo need to sort out an actual visa. On the application form it says the date you intend on flying into Thailand, I'll be going to Vietnam to do mine but obvs I dont actually know the date my visa will be approved so I cant give a hard date on when I'll be flying back into Thailand. Do you know if they are strict with your expected entry date? Thanks again.
