Personally, I find generating video ideas to be easy. However, I struggle with making those ideas into actual content. I'm never able to finish them, and they end up lost, written somewhere and forgotten. I find myself rewriting the same video script repeatedly, trying to make it better and better. Then, when new ideas come, I abandon what I was doing and start working on the new idea. BTW I love your new model

As someone who just started a new channel from scratch, I found the bootcamp video so empowering. Keeping up with a weekly posting schedule is really hard! I'm still in the process of defining what my favorite way to script out my episodes is, but most episodes start off in the ToDo app for me as an outline and then either get scripted out in there or in Word. Sometimes I end up writing down notes or outlines on paper, too, depending on where my head is at. I always find it so interesting to see other peoples' processes. (I also have ADHD, so scripting is non-negotiable for me.)

late pass from a passing outsider, but Vtweeters and Vtubing as a whole actually share a lot of similarities with DIY band spaces of 10+ years ago back when social media was first beginning to take off, there were people who'd develop large followings just by being 'opinion havers' in the DIY music space; sometimes they'd be small promoters or former band members etc, but alot of times they were just people who went to shows alot and were deeply ingrained in their respective "scenes" (our term for 'communities' and 'spaces' back then. lmao) that said, 'have you produced/created anything?' shouldn't be the ultimate vetting criteria. most people behind the scenes in every industry don't have huge follower counts or huge creation catalogs but do have wealths of valid knowledge; for example, i don't have much traditional success, however i'm good at being friends with people who are successful (as in, i don't look for handouts, i don't use it for "clout", i can be normal around successful people, etc), and because of that i've netted alot of valuable information from people far more successful than myself however, sadly most 'opinion havers' aren't like that and are, in fact, just chasing clout. it was the same way in DIY spaces DIY music spaces actually share alot of similarities with Vtubing (from what little i've exposed myself to so far. lmao), it actually weirds me out quite a bit. lol

if you host this challenge again, I'd suggest holding it over 2 months and posting every other week. It seemed that everyone who participated was a smaller creator which means they are more likely to have a full time job on top of video creation, which probably led to a lot of people dropping out due to stress.
