Lmao, they've totally nerfed his second skill to the ground. From 50%-70% before, now its 25%-40%. THEY SHOULD GIVE HIM CC IMMUNITY FROM IT, ITS BASICALLY USELESS NOW.

This Phoebus is noob though Phoebus > khaleed My pheovus u won’t win 1v1 This pheovus never use ulti properly nor dodge ur attacks However ur khaleed is good I admit Better than mine Would be better with thunderbelt though as first item u get 50stacks normally which is like an extra item
