You can play it on console or PC and it's called The Outlast Trials like in the title. On playstation the cost is $39.99, I don't know about the price in the others, but I bought it at a lower price because it was on sale earlier and it was $20. So you could get it now or wait for another sale to show up for it.

You can get the endings when you have collected 20 of those blue coins from completing trials and then returning to the main room and in the middle of the main room you can find a guard behind glass who you can talk to. He will either tell you that you don't have enough of those blue coins or if you do have 20 then a different screen will show where you will start the reborn process. This is the lvl from the beginning of the game, but you will have to do different objectives to complete it.

I know some Outlast lore and that could be possible since this game is supposed to be a prequel. But it could also be the scientists are just looking into your mind to see how the experiments are impacting you.

The labs, the man in wheelchair, the tube that our pov is facing, even the machine playing the brainwash thingy movie is identical to the first outlast game

Good question, it might be possible, but it still takes time to fully control a person stronger than himself. It took him a while to control Vegeta, but if it's a god of destruction like Beerus then I think he can't do it since Beerus is on a different league than Goku and Vegeta. With God ki, all the power is built up inside rather than letting it out like super Saiyan and past that. So I don't think super baby will be strong enough to stay inside Beerus to control him. Super Goku and Vegeta obtained God ki, so if they go to ssj God or ssj blue then super baby wouldn't be able to control them.

Then I got an idea just become vegeta pretend as him then get the dragon balls and go back in time then. Wait for lord beerus then blah blah blah then train there get god Kai then take control of him, ez
