9 Amazing Cars You Can Import In 2019
In this video, we’re naming our picks of cars you could import to the States in 2019. As you probably know, the Show & Display Rule allows you to import a historically significant 25-year old car. That makes some cool cars that weren’t originally intended for sale in the United States eligible for import, enabling you to finally legally own a cult classic from somewhere overseas. For 2019, the magical year is 1994, so here are our nine hot picks you should consider importing!
The list includes JDM legends such as Nissan R33 Skyline V-Spec II, homologation specials in likes of Toyota Celica GT4 ST205, some fine European exotics, and charming kei SUVS!
What's your pick of class 1994?

Top 8 Coolest 1980s Muscle Cars
มุมมอง 423K5 ปีที่แล้ว
After suffering through the 1970s, the idea of American muscle cars made the first steps towards return in the 80s. These cars looked better and had more power, but that was not the end. They were also better built, felt more modern and had more technology. This unique moment in time gave us razor sharp lines and turbo engines, and more than a few iconic cars that Generation X lusts after even ...

I hope this not a real #1 thru #8 in terms of coolest. Any list that doesn't have the Grand National as the clear #1 and the Iroc Z, TransAM, Mustand LT 5.0 (the GT was a rattle box) in 3-4, in any order is just, well wrong! Mustang SVO, Dodge Omni? Please!

I still have my 1984 Mercury RS 5.0 Foxbody Capri. It still has the factory oxford white paint with tricolor stripes on it. My dad bought the car new and gave it to me in the very early 90ies. I put a roller block stroked 347 in it after the original motor broke and at 2900lbs it scoots along nicely with a 500hp motor in it!

We had a 1983 Camaro z28, a 1986 Mustang GT (EFl), 1985 Trans Am. The Camaro had sharp, precise steering. The Mustang was quickest and had surprisingly predictable handling. As to the Trans Am, if it was a horse I would've shot it...because it was constantly back in the shop. Worst car we ever owned.

Agree with most of the cars on this list, but they are clearly in the wrong order. How can you not include the Corvette?! What are you, high? WTF...

Of all the cars I've owned over more than 30 years, my 88 IROC-Z is the one I miss the most. Also, the difference between Corvette and F-Body TPI engines was more than just the heads, the blocks of the non-Corvette cars were two-bolt mains while the Corvette got four-bolt mains from what I remember. My 88 IROC was the weakest one they ever made as optioned, it had a 195HP 305 TPI engine with the 2.73 rear end and A4, with the "performance aluminum drum" rear brakes. She couldn't do more than squeak the tires standing on the throttle from a standstill, but she cruised nicely at 80mph getting about 27 mpg at around 2000 RPM, and looked good doing it. Mine was one of the few that came with the "decal delete" option, no IROC-Z decals on the doors, but the badges had changed to "IROC-Z" instead of the 1987's "Z28" badge.

Had a white 1992 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 25th Anniversary with T-Tops and blood red interior. It was an awesome car up until I came side to side with a 1989 Pontiac Firebird Trans-Am. I didn't know what it was at the time but my best friend did and he told me to go and race it. Ofcourse I went ahead and did it thinking I could take it. Well was I absolutely wrong!! The thing took off and made me look like I was standing still. My best friend was laughing so hard and I asked what's so funny? He then said, that thing has the same motor as the Buick Grand National GNX. I was like, crap.... 😕

I owned a Brand New 1986 IROCZ with a 350 hp/350 V8 with TPI ..it was a limited edition because most IROC's came with the 305 TPI putting out 225 hp. Unfortunately it was T Boned in 2002 by a drunk driver..a good friend of mine took the 350 out of it & installed it in my 1981 GMC Pick Up.. To this day my IROC engine lives on in my Classic 😘 truck👍

I loved them as well but had a simple 68 road runner that was not so fancy but ate every IROC and 5.0 out there. After 87 things got a bit better but people were still buying those fire chickens that were a mere shadow of the late 60s and early 70s. The worst was the turbo trans am.

Fox body. F Ford for putting a fuel cut off button in the spare tire tub. I was always a fan of the Starion/Conquest during the 80s. My 80's car that I have owned was a Fox body, Firenza Hatch, Accord coupe, and Pulsar NX

A 6 or 4 cylinder cant be a muscle car, has to be rear wheel drive and a V8. I see why the GNX could be called a muscle car but i would just call it a sports car, oh and the dodge omni is definitely not a muscle car 💀

Missing on the list is the 1984-1988 Dodge Turbo Daytona and Turbo Z. HP from 147 to 175. Side note: The turbocharger was a water-cooled Garret Air Research TC3. The only turbo guaranteed by a manufacturer for 100K miles. Also, the 1984 Corvette, the fastest production car, dethroning the 1969 Road runner for the record. It could do 1G at the skid pad.
