Thank you Sara Hashem! I just finished your book, which I of course enjoyed tremendously (or I wouldn't have googled you 😄)! I love this short background to the story that you give here, it gives me a deeper context. Also, SO agree that we need other stories to be told ❤ Congratulations on graduating too!
You're not oppressed. You wouldn't have this platform if you were. You're just trying to cope with your own insecurities and bigotry towards a certain group of people. Get therapy or grow up. Please.
Good thing you got the face of stoning women to talk about racial equity! Did you ask him off recording here why his people castrated Africans by the milliions and sold them as slaves until white men made them stop? Maybe next time?

Nice
This makes me want to be a part of this.
Campus Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Excludes and Targets Jews In an age of skyrocketing antisemitism, university programs meant to combat prejudice and hate have become the latest Jew-free zone
The GOP doubled down with Kari Lake of Arizona. She stated that women are not equal to men and they do not want to be. That means if the GOP follows their pattern of taking back white male dominated America, no more women on the frontlines and perhaps no more women overseas in the military. They are saying that it is minutemen not minutewomen
Pseudo-intellectual ethnocentric racism. Thought America was trying to get past this type of ideology but I guess not

College is a place that young people go to get stupider these days.
You are wrong. Twitter does remove tweets. They removed my tweets in violation of my right to free speech. Free speech doesn't give them the right to silence my speech.
Professor Bhagwat only said that Twitter has never removed any of the president's tweets, not that they never remove any tweets from anyone. Also, as he said, Twitter is not a government agent, so their decision to remove your tweets doesn't violate your rights. The first amendment only constrains the government, not individuals and private entities. That's why it's legal for a catholic church to only hire catholics, when it would be illegal for the government to do the same thing.
Social media doesn't have a right to special protections under the law. If they did then all publishers should have those same protections. If they violate our right to free speech they should lose their special privileges.
CONGRATULATIONS ARIAHNA! 👩🏾🎓 I love you!
Felicidades karen te quiero mucho
Its good to know about the part-time job opportunities in UC Davis for the international students. Very impressive.
Thank you UC Davis School of Law for a wonderful experience.
Excellent!
Thank you for circulating this tribute. Professor Feeney was a mentor and inspiration to me when I decided to leave law school for a year to work in the “War on Poverty” and when, after graduation in 1972, I went to work for California Rural Legal Assistance. I remember fondly his warmth and humor.
I will always cherish the memory of Professor Feeney's unfailing kindness as well as his ability to make criminal law and criminal procedure interesting and fun. Thank you for filming and circulating this tribute.
This is so touching; thanks so much for filming it and circulating it among alumni. I took Criminal Law and Procedure from Professor Feeney as well as Labor Law. He was razor sharp, clear as a bell and enormously kind. He hired me to help with a book on pre-trial procedure way back in the summer of 1978 after my first year at the law school. He was also my advisor when I interned with the federal district court during my second year. Professor Feeney didn't just teach me black letter law, he taught me how to be a lawyer to my clients - patient, kind, full of questions before I hazarded answers and civil in the old style - what they used to call "gentlemanly." I am so glad I was able to see him last year when I spoke at the law school on negotiation. "Do you recognize me?" I asked, not having seen him in 30 some years and he said "of course" after having taught hundreds of law students over the years. Once again he was kind and thoughtful. A great man, a great teacher, a great mentor.
This man changed my life.
What an amazing professor. I really enjoyed his arbitration class back in '13. His teaching method is so amazing that I still remember many aspects of American Arbitration Law even though I do not practice in the US.
I have a friend that used to be "normal", but after entering UCD School of Law, he turned into a SJW and have actually gotten DUMBER. At 3:00 the guy actually said "accused very creditably" wtf? Even if I wanted to give Ford credit there is nothing solid to even score on. "Don't remember anything but he did it" pretty much summarized her testimony. What is there to give credit to? How much student loans do kids sign up for to be injected with political propaganda instead of actually thinking like lawyers? You know, facts and reasoning. Where are the facts?
Seems there’s plenty of LIBERALISM injected here ‼️
Great lecture !
