Kia Stinger GT RWD 1/4 - JB4 Map 4
Wifes first time out at the drags. Car has more in it with a better 60ft but needed new tyres at the time. MPH indicates a faster ET is possible. TC was on the first 2 runs and off for the last run as LC was used however due to the age of tyres and not much heat in them ended up being slower.

Stage 2 Ford Focus XR-5 turbo (MK2 Focus ST) cold start with a custom stainless steel exhaust. 3.5 inch downpipe into 3 inch valved cat back system with a Magnaflow 14419 resonator. The neighbours love it.

Hello mate, how do you make your sound that clean ? I have same mic, same car and the sound is bad, any tips ?
I attached the mic to the numberplate. That way there is no wind noise and it's right above the exhaust.
@@HotwheelsReviewsGuy I did same but i think my exhaust is too loud for the mic, so you dont do any audio editing ?
@@NRC_ST You might need to lower the microphone gain. I had to adjust mine abit.

Gauge holder was made by my mate but is no longer sold. You can get a gauge pod off eBay or if you wait a bit XRV composite parts will be selling them soon.

@@Miquelito2906 At the time this was filmed stage 3 which means Intake, turbo back exhaust, intercooler, wastegate actuator and stage 3 tune amongst numerous other suspension modifications.

Pro sport gauges on the left. Aem on the right.

What exhaust are your running? I have a full empire system and mine isnt close to this loud, Do you have an electronic muffler on this?
Hey mate custom 3 inch catback with a valved rear muffler. Details in my other vids. Mind you the microphone is mounted on the bumper hence why the sound is so crisp.

As in on the dash? That is a facelift dash with thr SMD mod. Essentially the SMD behind the dials are replaced with ones of different colours to give it that look.

What gauges do you have and does it fit into the original casing?
This is a custom gauge pod to suit 3 52mm gauges. I have two prosport gauges (oil temp and boost) and an AEM OBD2 multi function gauge. This pod is no longer made but little devil make a similar one.

What performance mods? Has it been reliable? Nice car and looking to buy one...
It is "stage 3" which means full bolt ons + RS injectors. So, full 3 inch intake, Airtec stage 4 intercooler with 2.5 inch hard pipes, 3.5 inch downpipe and 3 inch catback W/ valved muffler, 440cc RS injectors, turbosmart CBV, UCC stage 3 tune and a bunch of suspension work to go along with it. They are generally reliable just need to keep ontop of maintenance. Make sure timing belt and water pump have been done and ensure that coolant hoses are in check or have been replaced. If you take care of them they will last for ages though
@@HotwheelsReviewsGuy Thanks for your reply... How about the cylinder liner issue, have you ever experienced this issue? It's apparently more prevalent on modified cars but stock cars can also have this problem...
@@MartinJones123 My car has the block mod done whereby shims are inserted in the gaps between the liners to reduce the chance of this issue happening. As long as the cooling system is looked after and the car is warmed up/down properly you should be fine.

@@MartinJones123 Most of the cost in the block mod is labour as the head has to be removed. It would be highly advisable to do the timing belt and water pump as the same time as the belts have to come off regardless. Usually looking at around $2,000aud for the lot

Hey mate, It has a Maxton rear diffuser and side skirts, flow designs front splitter and zunsport front grilles, Delta spoiler riser with a Maxton spoiler extension, CT auto parts tail lights, Ali express rear fog lights, auto beam front fog lights, CT auto parts headlights, WRC vents, kill all wipers wiper delete, sequential mirror indicators, work meister S1 2p wheels, project kics lug nuts and probably more stuff that I've forgotten.

It's what I would usually call a resonator. It's a long cylinder shaped res. But yeah I noticed online some places call it a muffler. Have a look at the pictures and it'll give you a better idea
