Question! What if your school doesn’t allow plushies and you get anxiety/nervous often? And your bag isn’t by your desk?
You could ask your guardian to ask you school/teacher to let you bring it because you have anxiety! Or you could try fidgets or something!

I have a question? Are you able to have essas for trust issues,Difficulty falling asleep,ADHD.Because my sis said I shouldn’t call it an essa cause some people actually need them?
@@Finnywiththeirpups yes essas are for many reasons even comfort any stuffy can be a essa as long as you’re comfortable with them and they help you. :)
Absolutely! An essa can be really helpful with helping you calm down, your essa's fur may help you calm down which might help you sleep and help with ADHD 😊 I have an essa for many reasons, one of which is to help me calm down at night because I get extremely paranoid and begin to get anxious as soon as I begin to fall asleep and at night however my essa is able to calm me down whenever it happens. 😌 @piper3144
