The Count should of been the Main Villian for Season 2 or 3. I dont understand why they choose to kill him off so early. He is 1 of Green Arrows biggest villians in the comics. The Count has so many great stories they could of used. The Clock King and Brick are great as well but have been rarely used. So far Merlyn and Prometheus have been the best Main Villians on Arrow.

Richard Dragon aka Ricardo Diaz had great potential but they messed up alot with him. Hes actually considered the 2nd best fighter in DC comics with Karatre Kid being number 1. Plus he has had some great stories in the Green Arrow comics and his own comic series. The Long Bow Hunters they messed up on as well. They didnt even include all the members and some characters have been nerfed compared to comics. So far I Feel Merlyn and Prometheus have been the best main villians on Arrow. I feel s2 should have had The Count as the main villian. Brick and The Clock king should have been main villains for s3 and s4.
