You're punching well above your weight here. I like the meta analysis in action approach, very "show, don't tell". The ending could use a bit of negative space. Intros need an emotional hook, outros need a musical one.

Great editing and a genuinely insightful video. But either way this content I’d advise against showing your face. You’re overweight and that’s an indicator of low impulse control which lowers your perceived “social value”. I deem you smart enough to take this point rationally and not emotionally. And I genuinely liked this video and hope you can start making small steps to losing your eight and improving your health. Also your “camera work” if you can even call it that isn’t great in those clips. But I can guess that you’re probably trying to mirror his style. And if you’re actively losing weight that might make a difference. But your camera work is definitely not on his level. But your analysis and video editing and just informational value which I value highly is on point. Respect mate

So basically the main story/idea/topic with a big setup and grand payoff is actually a collection of small challenges/stories with heir own little setups and payoffs.

He definitely gave me an idea of how to use the example title/hook for my own channel. I can’t wait to think about the thumbnail and create a script.
