Nice video but I really hate finding videos where they don’t say anything, there’s a ton of videos on TH-cam like this one. Would be nice if they at least say something about what are they doing or any steps to take or any pointers about the job performing on the video. Other than that nice video.
This is an excellent video. Setting the standards right here. Excellent music. Shows sizes of tools and type used. Effective and efficient speed. Thank you
Idk if you know this already and you're just experimenting, but the pothos needs way more water than that succulent, which means the succulents will die from over watering/rot, or the pothos will dry out and the succulents will live. That's unless the soil is a normal potting mix, in which case it probably won't drain very well and the succulent will die anyways They're very pretty for now tho!
Succulents and golden pothos have very different care schedules, do id advise potting them into a pot. Elaine changed said they may have root rot so check their roots and maybe prune the yellow leaf off. Make sure you have good drainage too
Thx a lot. Just fixed mine, hopefully it will last. Be careful when opening the case, the plastic clips can be easily broken. I broke two, but four clips still work
Great vid, showed me the way. Thanks. A side note, my wife came along just when I was doing the back 3 and put some stories of her day on me . I promptly put an old plug in no5 and when I found it out I got to change 7 plugs on a v6.
I use to love watching my dad fix things so he started teaching me and what a blessing it has been. i do my own repairs on car and house and think of him. he was a gift.
With zero headaches I spent an entire 15 minutes to pull air hose, throttle body fuel rail and intake, and other sorted easy stuff, tnen the rears are as easy as the front. `
Did you film any part of this with an endoscope? Why did you leave out the taking out of spark plugs from cylinder 3 & 5. I was really curious to see how you unplugged the wire harness from the coil pack and whether or not there was enough harness and room to simply lift the coil packs out without having to unplug them. The hardest part of the job for me is unsnapping those damned clips. Without breaking them. I made a tool to do it and with a screwdriver was able to get them off. What a PITA they are even when you have plenty of room. The next big problem is if some idiot has over-tightened the two aluminum Phillips head screws that hold the ACIS to the bracket. What design genius decided to use Phillips head screws? Torx or Allen head would have been far preferable where it's awkward to get alignment and to put enough pressure on to keep the head from twisting out. I found that on cylinder 1 lifting the coil pack straight up while turning it 90 degrees allowed enough room to get it up so it would come out foot first, thus not having to push it past the ground wires on the alternator and taking a chance of breaking one of them...I'll be back with comments after replacing the plugs for cylinders 3 & 5. A word of warning:: If you muck up those Phillips head screws you can't simply go to a dealership and buy them. They are only supplied with the $400 ACIS unit. Lexus has no separate part number for them according to the dealership in Greensboro, NC. Though the parts guy was excellent in offering to see if he could find one in the used parts bin if I brought one in he could match.
I really enjoyed the oh so complete detailed video of the work! I like to do some of my own work still but will turn this one over to my mechanic. Way too much for me to tape off to help me remember how to put all back together properly! Changing the coils and spark plugs was tough enough enough for me!
im glad somebody knows what theyre talking about here id like to change the oil myself but that filter is almost impossible to get onto unless youre standing up underneath it like at an oil change shop
done this twice. you can pop the rod from that vaccuum actuator and get it out of way then get the cruise control cable out of way on the right. it took me 3 hours to do the 3 rear ones
Yeah, this video sucked. Lol glad I skipped past the unnecessary 15mins of bs.

Where you get those tail light cover?
Loosen the oil filter when it’s cold. Retighten just hand tight. Get engine hot. 100 times now easier to get off hot oil filter.
Good video
Waste idea. Better just remove the original screw the oil with drip faster.
Thanks for sharing, very useful!
hands down the best diy vid ive ever seen and not a spoken word. i truly applaud you gentleman
I don't know, please post again. Might have been google. ?
Idk why delete my comment when I was trying to answer your question

On my 04 es330 I only needed to clean off the metal prongs and old grease. I regreased, reinstalled and I was good to go. No loose gears to be found.
Why did you skep all the steps where you work on the spark plugs all I leaned it was to make space to work on them no to actually work on it !
The way you’re doing the camera feels like I’m in the twilight zone😮
Amazing Sir👏💪👑💯✊

It's not the oil plug it's the damn horizontal upside down filter that's the problem

how many km were on the car during this operation?

Now I feel great! I mastered that task at 12 years old! 😂
Thanks a lot, fixed mine today and it's working perfectly.
Too bad this doesn't solve the REAL problem with these vehicles: the idiotic position of the oil filter.
im glad somebody knows what theyre talking about here id like to change the oil myself but that filter is almost impossible to get onto unless youre standing up underneath it like at an oil change shop
Exactly
pull pcv valve out also

That was bordering art house
Wish he had played an example of the clicking sound in the beginning of the video.
Thanks for posting this. Really helpful to watch how to remove everything. I had issues with the other servo myself.
