The story of my life at monarch
that’s not what u just demonstrated.
Well, if you'd spend a bit of time learning stack and tilt properly, then you might be qualified to review it objectively. 😉
Huge help! Been having a difficult time after being away from the game awhile. Practiced on the range and really made a difference.
Golf 😂😢😅
Back and downswing high and hug the left thigh on the follow thru for an amplified ballflight
You just don't get it fella, call yourself a pro, really?
Welcome to the central coast of California… up is down and rite is wrong… kookoo
I draw the ball and hit it straight when i try to fade it. My Normal ball flight is to the right anf draws back to center. It's killing me that i can't fade it. My clubs are forged with no visible offset so you would know thats not why im drawing. Any ideas.
Why is golf hard? Bc you most know algebra
What a useless waste of time.
Right but feels so wrong
It's shocking to me how many golfers don't understand this. Understanding face angle to swing path is probably the single most important thing you need to know about playing golf and it's not rocket science, black magic or voodoo.
The number of people who’ve been playing for years who don’t understand TNLOB is mind boggling. They make the game so much easier. It’s also important to understand how loft affects ball flight laws as well as the gear effect.
Awesome explanation
Great info!
the clip was cutted right before "I feel good." Guess the first putt wasn't so good.
I try to visualize the ball going through the hole by a few cups. I seem to get in more trouble trying to lag a short put vs drill it
As much as I appreciate the advice, it’s a little different when it’s to win the US open at pinehurst with the whole golf world watching 😂
Many top pros and teachers instruct to take the grip with the club off the ground. Usually with the club head above the hands. Getting it more in the fingers.
Absolutely wrong. Ball starts on swing direction and then picks up spin from face. Duhh
Stack bro .. not reverse pivot … st….
Living rent free
Didn’t explain at all! Does he know anything about physics?
The guy is a know nothing. It is closed to the club path not target
Why wouldn’t you just teach him to load his shoulders so that he can hit draws, fades and straight shots more consistently?
lol
Relative to path
Lets put aside all the discussion about "open relative to what"... Did you know, that before trackman era, all pros where sure that when they hit a draw they have face CLOSED relative to the TARGET? That is the feeling. Face must FEEL closed before impact. That is all what you need tp know.
Ummmm, nope.
Bro... Someone who looks like that shouldn't be criticizing anything as "not athletic" 😅😅😅
I figured this put by accident. I thought I was a goof but I guess I wasn't
I’ve officially given up listening to people on the internet. I’m just gonna go take a lesson lol
Someone should post a link in the comments to a more thorough video explaining this more clearly.
Shouldn't be chomping on gum when u gotta mic
Not the deep bro
This guy is so wrong it hurts my brain
Wait this was actually really helpful. Asking before i go look on your channel, But what should i do about constantly sending it right with long irons. Every video i watch doesn't seem to help but this video helped my driver alot.
When the guy was asked: "Is your face open or closed at impact?" The guy's response should have been: "Open or closed in relation to WHAT?" Because it would be OPEN to the TARGET but CLOSED to the path of the swing.
Bingo
Yes, this was a stupid video
Wtf is this😂Claimed one thing and just proved himself wrong
No, he did not. You don't understand the relationship between clubface and club path. Most people in this thread don't get it either. You're not alone. The problem is the video is too short so you're not getting the entire explanation.
NO. On driver no matter what if your face is open your slicing this is just poor
TOTALLY NOT true. For a right hander to hit a proper draw, the face should be OPEN to the target but CLOSED to the path you're swinging on (which should be slightly in-to-out). So, you could have the face open 3* but if you swing in-to-out 5* then your clubface is actually CLOSED by 2* to the PATH of the swing. This will produce a draw. Doesn't matter if it's a driver or an iron.
This guy contradicted himself several time in the span of 2 minutes. Open club face to hit a draw? Never heard that one.
What he is explaining is how the face controls the starting line of the ball. Yes the club face should be open to the target line and closed to the path to hit a draw. If you haven’t heard it, now you have.
Its open to the target, closed to the club path.
@@Scissors3259 Exactly. I learnt that from something called the D Plane years ago.
Bro said a whole lot of nothing
STOP closing it! Lol!
Yes!!
best video so far! great tips for players like me struggling with a hook
I've only watched two of your videos but I'm really liking what I'm hearing. Good information!
60 yard shot for me, either my 50 degree gripped down about half way and lead arm about parallel on back swing. Or my 54 degree, grip down an inch and lead arm just past parallel on back swing.
Recently Eric Cogorno posted a video that instructed how the lead knee should move as you demonstrated. Makes perfect sense. Thanks!
Max did indeed struggle that day 🤣
hahahaha rough one for the students
You are clueless.
bro that was clearly more than six feet off the ground
Would love for bubbie to straighten his shot with all the power he has
