Utterly useless video. I had one installed yesterday. No name of the app. No simple instructions. Dreadful website that doesn’t include E7+ in its search engine. Who gets paid for your PR?

@ To discover precisely what? Incomprehensible electrical consumption stats? A timed boost that doesn’t indicate duration? An app that is completely different on iOS and Android? Your product doesn’t work. I know three individuals with the new system and app and they all simply hit the boost button and leave it at that. Like I say. Dreadful website, absolutely useless (1* on the App Store) app. The guy who installed it told me that every time he installs it he gets complaints. A system designed by engineers and approved by committee. What’s an email to your support service going to do? No indication on the app that there is even support available. Nothing of any use on the website either. If you can’t offer simple support solutions on your public media outlets, why are you copying and pasting email addresses under your totally redundant “information” videos?

How do you unlock the landlord setting?? I've fitted this fir a customer with 2 zones and one of them is locked by default! Need to unlock so they can use the controller they have paid for. Tried ringing for customer service but just rings out. Not impressed.

Have the exact same issue.. Zone 1 connected to ptd, zone 2 is locked and zone 3 is hot water. Can't do anything with zone 2 except boosting from the receiver
I have this but find it very confusing. It seems to be preset/ factory settings but I don't want it programmed, I want to boost it manually, as and when I require hot water. Please can someone help . The heater is coming on during the night and is scalding in the morning. I dont want this at all. Many thanks, Siobhan

Can someone please explain how to turn this off? Once you set a schedule there is literally no way to get permanently remove them. It keeps turning on and off and we have no control over it. We don't want any schedules on our device. We just want to switch this device off.
I’ve also come here to find that out did you manage to work out how to do it the man’s just come and installed this and not told us how to use it I’ve downloaded the app and pressed away and hoping it won’t come back on until I press home again
Had this fitted today, no explanation on how to use it.. heating was off when I left the house, came back to a house so hot, this was supposed to safe my money not add to my bills.

Zone 2 all i can do change temperature on tap water and there tap icon under hot water. heating don't come on iv set times days etc and still no heating my old 1s way better just turn nob and yr good who got time to mess around with this im gonna try get them back fit old 1 and take this trash

I've currently got a H37XL plus 3 channel controller which still works but due to the battery not being replaceable looses its programmed settings whenever the power to it is interrupted. will this new controller be able to be mounted on the existing backplate? also interested to know if the battery in this replacement can be changed if necessary in the future if necessary
Hello, The new H3747 retains the same backplate and requires only minor wiring adjustments, as shown in the video. With an upgraded battery and non-volatile memory storage, the H3747 reduces battery dependency even further compared to the traditional H37XL.
