Banff National Park was founded in 1885. It is located about 100-130 kilometers west of Calgary, Alberta, Canada, and is the gateway to the Rocky Mountains. There are valleys, mountains, glaciers, rivers, forests and grasslands here, making it a world-class tourist destination.
