Zero grazing is really inefficient way of getting maximum protein per ton from the grassland, it works ok for small and middle size farms, but farms with 400+ milking cows, it is not possible with fitting in with needed feeding accuracy and timetable.

Not really, they can be on bar with others, but never be really on top. Even before current CR/AF 11 hype that is not in full production phase, Claas Lexion 8900 was and is the main beast to compare to. Have you seen these top machines really going at each other in same field at same time? When you experience that, you understand.

S series has more capacity, but can't handle grassy grain and moisture as well as T series. In ideal conditions both maintain similar harvesting speed with similar losses, when T670i has 30 foot FD header and S790 has FD 40 foot one.

Hi. I have no clear preference, both are good combines. In normal and heavy loads combines are very well matched, in extreme conditions 80+ horsepower advantage helps Claas a lot. Otherwise they work at same capacity, speed, working width and grain quality, only thing is that DF cost a LOT less than Lexion. To be fair, Claas has more automation in the hand, DF is more hands on combine at its core.

In this field Case did better and fasted job, in oilseeds was Lexion better, so in overall pretty even setup.
